In reaching your “2020 vision”, you are likely to experience a sense of growth and enjoyment—along with uncomfortable thoughts and some stressful times. These are all part of life and part of making an effort to reach your goals.
If you are wondering whether you are the only person with those uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, and stressful times, you are not!
I can assure you, we have all experienced those challenges, some of us more than others. As human beings, we get to experience it all in life.
The times of difficult or pleasant thought patterns and sensations are opportunities for choice. We can decide who we are going to be in the world and focus on that determination. As a result, we weather the storm of ups and downs along the path to becoming our best selves.
We are constantly setting our direction for the next moment and for our future. And, while you are at it, it may help to remember that you are a magnificent being who came here to grow and experience many things. You are unique in your gifts and skills.
You are born with dreams. You contain peace and love and can express these. Ultimately, you have everything you need within you to create the best version of yourself and your life.
So, how do we achieve this beautiful vision?
The answer lies in our choices. It is through our choice of focus, attitude, and outlook, and how we express these—regardless of our circumstances. It is important that we choose as wisely as we can, within our capacity.
How do we make better choices? Join me to explore how, on January 28th! With a presentation and experiential sharing in the morning, and the option of joining into a more intensive smaller group (no more than 20 people) experience in the afternoon, this will be an event that you will never forget.

The event is led by Tildet, an inner mastery specialist with a history of exciting, mind-opening events and talks. Join us for inspiration, experiential exercises, stimulating ideas, and a welcoming community!
The morning session includes the presentation, movement, and experiential exercises. The afternoon session offers group coaching and additional experiential work with a smaller group of attendees, to implement and experience more deeply the topics we explore in the morning session. The afternoon group is limited to 20 people in order to allow closer work and sharing, so join in (an option during checkout) for the full experience, if you can!
